What we collect

This website has no contact forms, no user accounts and sets no cookies of its own. The personal information we receive through the site is limited to whatever you choose to send us when you call or email using the details published here, which is typically your name, contact details, organisation and the content of your enquiry.

Our hosting provider records standard technical logs, such as IP addresses and pages requested, for the purpose of operating and securing the service. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

We use the information you send us to respond to your enquiry and, where an engagement follows, to deliver our services and administer the client relationship. Our lawful basis is legitimate interest in responding to enquiries made to us, and contract where we are taking steps you have asked for before entering an engagement.

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to an engagement is deleted within a reasonable period. Records connected to client engagements are retained for as long as professional, insurance and legal obligations require, and are then deleted.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers who support our business, such as email and document storage providers, under appropriate safeguards, or where the law requires disclosure.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have rights over your personal information, including the right to request access to it, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details above.
